The COVID-19 pandemic lockdown in the entire world has significantly affected shopping behavior. This study tried to survey delivery services provided by DHL which is a world-leading logistics company that provides from domestic and international parcel delivery. spiked demand for e-commerce warehouse space due abnormality within global supply chain ensures non-interruption of production. paper aims analyze impact on Delivery Service. research would be conducted gathering secondary data DHL’s website several statistical findings. Besides, quantitative analysis researchers using primary data. Further will carried out collecting through questionnaire. A questionnaire among customers towards their experiences used collection with an online survey. Researchers reveal services. valuable insights guidance pandemic, leading improved consumer intention.
